Paul "Slick" Edward Reeves, age 69, of Lucedale passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS.  Mr. Reeves was born August 26, 1952 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late David Paul and the late Betty Jane Howell Reeves. He married Diana Stonecypher on February 26, 1972.

He was employed as a Painter at Ingalls Shipbuilding in department 27. He also loved to paint, draw, and teach his grandchildren and great grandchildren how to fish and hunt. He was a loving husband, daddy, and great granddaddy.

He is survived by his wife; Diana Reeves, three daughters; Missy Reeves, Torie Reeves, and Nikkie Reeves and one son; Phillip Reeves. Grandchildren; Sandy Ott, Dillion Ott, Kenneth Salter, Sha Roberts & Shawn Chambliss, Ariel Reeves &  Tyler Thorton, Tyler Clarke, Katelyn Clarke, Destin Reeves, great grandchildren;  Alice and Benjin Salter, Ryker and Nova Chambliss, Elsa and Robert Thorton, three sisters; Gale Jane Doggett, Victoria Lynn Cumbest, and Alice Guin.

Predeceased by his Siblings, Shelia Childress, Becky Dunham, Tom Reeves, and Lo'Rena Smith.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 21, 2022 at 2:00pm at the home of his granddaughter, Ariel Reeves; 200 Don Barton Road Lucedale, MS 39452.
