Ralph Christopher "Chris" Williams was born in Jackson, Mississippi on January 8, 1970. Chris was one of 3 children of Scott and Diane Williams. Chris, along with his older sister, Tammy and younger brother, Zachary made up a lively household in Jackson, Mississippi, until Scotty's work forced the family to relocate to Lucedale in 1981. The family lived on Mill Street Extension, next door to Scotty's parents, Harold and Reba for the next 20 years. Scotty and Diane both worked in Mobile and the children all graduated from George County High School.
Growing up Chris loved to fish and hunt. When Scotty and Diane would take Chris, Tammy and Zach fishing it was understood, that they would not leave the fishing hole until "the bait ran out" because Chris wouldn't leave as long as there was one worm in the can or one minnow in the bucket.
Diane's parents, Ralph and Hilda Campbell lived in Monticello, Mississippi. Chris loved them very much and would spend a lot of time visiting them during the summer and holidays. Chris loved all of his Mammaws and Pappaws very much and they dearly loved him.
Chris attended Gulf Coast Community College. He went into construction and worked rebuilding the coast after Hurricane Katrina. Chris had two children, Caitlyn and Christian, that were the apples of his eye and whom he dearly loved. It was during this period that Chris met the love of his life, Julie Goodall. They have been together from 2005 until his passing. Chris lived in Gulfport. Mississippi. Chris went back to school and obtained a commercial driver's license and was working for an over the road trucking company until the end.
Chris adored his two kids and would do anything for them. He would burst with pride when he talked about Caitlyn and Christian. He was over the top when Christian recently graduated from the University of Alabama, and he was extremely proud of Caitlyn for buying her own business recently. Chris loved his family and he loved the Holidays. He always got a kick out of carving the turkey.
Chris died May 6, 2021 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Visitation will be Monday May 10, 2021 from 10:00am till 11:00am at Sigler Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00am in the Sigler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.
