Raymond R. Peacock, age 88, of Lucedale passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018 at Providence Hospital of Mobile, AL. Mr. Peacock was born May 25, 1930 in Atmore, AL. He is the son of the late William Edward and the late Essie Pauline (Lawrence) Peacock.

He was employed as a Meat Cutter.

He is survived by his wife: Myrtis Lucille Peacock and daughter: Sandra (Lawrence) Hayes; He also has one granddaughter Karen (Charlie) Saranthus; two Great grandchildren, Aaron Saranthus and Lindsay Hayes.

Predeceased by his grandson; Jerry Hayes, and first Wife; Esther Peacock.

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev Gary Hickman and Rev. Jeff Morris officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery.
