Ronald Lane "Pee Wee" Tanner, age 40, of Hurley, MS passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Singing River Hospital of Pascagoula, MS. Mr. Tanner was born July 26, 1977 in Mobile, AL. He is the son of Billy Ray and Margaret Louise (Edmonds) Tanner Sr. He was employed by Ingalls Shipbuilder as a painter. His hobbies included riding his Harley Davidson, spending time with his family and making people laugh.

He is survived by two daughters: Marley Tanner and Lola Tanner; his father Billy Ray and mother Margaret Louise Tanner Sr. sister: Ashley Tanner and two brothers: Bill (Lisa) Tanner and Donald Tanner; grandmother, Lois Tanner; nephew, Alexander Tanner; nephew, Jackson Tanner; nephew, Christian Tanner; niece, Briana Tanner; Fiancé', Angela Reynolds, numerous aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Predeceased by his grandfathers, Caylor Tanner and Charles Edmonds; a grandmother Margaret Edmonds.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2018 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at Midway Baptist Church, 2206 Howell Tanner Chapel Road, Lucedale, MS.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday June 27, 2018 at 12:00pm from Midway Baptist Church, 2206 Howell Tanner Chapel Road, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Brandon Rogers, Rev. Phil Snodgrass and Rev. willie Austin officiating. Burial will be in Midway Baptist Church Cemetery.
