Ruffin Jennings Graham, Jr., age 92, a resident of Mobile, AL passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, June 15, 2025 with his children by his side. After graduating from Semmes High School in 1950, he attended Auburn University and graduated in 1954 with a degree in Dairy Manufacturing. During his time in college, he met Margaret Eileen Smith of Fairhope Alabama, and they were married for 67 years until her death in May of 2021. After graduation, he fulfilled his military obligations as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army. Following his military service, they moved to Lucedale, MS where he opened his own dairy business. He then served as an office manager for the local community health. Ruffin was very active in the community of Lucedale. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir and was on several boards. He was also a member of the Rotary Club and served as a member of the Lucedale Volunteer Fire Department. After 56 years of living in Lucedale, he and Margaret moved to Mobile, AL to be closer to their children and grandchildren. They attended Ashland Place United Methodist Church.

He is survived by their three children, Becky Graham Forsythe(Graham), Ruffin Graham III, and Peggy Graham Horner(Jerry). Ruffin was also a proud grandfather of four grandchildren, Micheal Horner(Amanda), Catherine Graham, Ruffin Graham IV, and Hunter Graham.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00am on Thursday June 19, 2025 at Crawford Chapel, 7470 Moffett Road, Mobile, AL 36618. Burial will follow in the Crawford Chapel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025 from 10:00-11:00am at Crawford Chapel. All family and friends are invited to attend.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Horner, Michael Horner, Graham Forsythe, Ruffin Graham III, Ruffin Graham IV, Hunter Graham.

The family wished to acknowledge and thank Mittie's Healthcare Service, Mittie Benion and especially Ruffin's caregiver, Genell Wilson.
