Sammie Dewayne Quinn, age 63, of Lucedale passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at home in Lucedale.  Mr. Quinn was born August 31, 1959 in Hattiesburg, MS. He is the son of the late Sammie and the late Jewel Helen (Keen) Quinn.  He married Sherry Martin on August 31, 1978.

He was employed as a Crane Operator.

He is survived by his wife: Sherry (Martin) Quinn; daughters: Lora (Allen) Boothe, Amy Martin Hancock and Tara Quinn; son, Rodney Quinn; three sisters, Betty Harrel, Barbara Nixon and Kathy Nichols; brother: Jimmy Quinn; grandchildren, Jagger Boothe, Austin Shephard, Cameron Martin, Emily Hancock, Kloee Patrick, Zoey Patrick; and four great grandchildren.

Predeceased by sisters, Patricia Richardson and Mary Fortner.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St, Lucedale, MS.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
