Samuel Don Weston, age 78, of Lucedale died Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Mobile Infirmary of
Mobile, AL. Mr. Weston was born July 6, 1937 in Mangham, LA. He is the son of the late John
B. Weston and the late Maudie (Crawford) Weston Ellis. He married Mary Katherine Welch.
He served his county in the U.S. Army. He was employed by State Of Louisiana as a County
Agent.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Katherine (Welch) Weston, two sons: Charlie (Jolynn) Weston,
Donnie Scott (Sharon) Weston; two sisters: Millie Miles, Mickie Higgins and two brothers: Mike
Weston, Jay Weston; granddaughter, Charli Chance; granddaughter, Leah Weston; grandson,
Zachary Weston; great grandson, Andrew Mills; great grandson, Gauge Chance.
A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm on Thursday, April 7 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248
Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Eugene Hamilton officiating. Another memorial will be held on
Saturday, April 9 at Enon Baptist Church, 15028 Hwy 16, Franklinton, LA.
Calling hours will be Thursday, April 7 from 4:00-6:00pm at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St.,
Lucedale, MS and Saturday, April 9 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Enon Baptist Church.
