Born Sharon Frances Harris on December 10, 1943, in San Diego, California, the daughter of the late James Wolford Harris and the late Myrtie Leanora Sexton; She lived in California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas.  She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She was an avid Houston Texans fan.  Her favorite player was  #99, JJ Watt.

Sharon didn't hesitate to help her friends and her neighbors.  She was a very kind and charitable person.  In December, she loved baking her special cookies, making divinity, Martha Washington candies, and other candies to create Christmas packages to hand out for Christmas.  She enjoyed crocheting for her family and the babies in the NICU. Sharon worked the farm alongside our father, JR.  She initially didn't know anything about farming, but she learned and kicked butt.  She loved catfish and bird watching, with the cardinal being her favorite bird. Cherishing spending time with her grandchildren when she could, she was a kid magnet. She also loved going to the beach, where she would sit out on the balcony for hours listening to the waves.  She retired from Wal-Mart after over 20 years of service where she received several awards for her dedication and hard work.  Sharon was genuinely kind, compassionate and generous; her laugh was contagious and she was a beautiful person. May we remember all the good she did and how she made the world a better place with her love and kindness.
