Velma Louise Holland, age 94, of Lucedale passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2016 at home
in Lucedale. Mrs. Holland was born October 8, 1921. Mrs. Holland was married to the late Dock
Louis Holland.
She was a Home Maker.
She is survived by three daughters: Peggy Holland of Lucedale, MS, Thelma Howard of
Lucedale, MS, Marie Davis of Lucedale, MS and two sons: Lewis E. Holland of Pearland, TX,
Harold H. Holland of Moss Point, MS; ; She also has 13 Grandchildren and 19 Great
Grandchildren.
Predeceased by her husband, Dock Louis Holland, daughter, Helma Rae Wallace, 2
grandchildren Lewis Holland II and Tammy Gibson.
The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Sigler Funeral Home
Lucedale, MS with Rev. Larry Havard officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.
