Vivian Louise Jones Fryfogle, age 86, of Lucedale died Monday, December 14, 2020 in Lucedale, MS. Mrs. Fryfogle was born October 3, 1934 in Tuscaloosa, AL. She is the daughter of the late Hugh Harris Jones and the late Ruth Faye Self Jones. She married Bruce Gordon Fryfogle, Sr. on December 16, 1955 in Lucedale, MS. He predeceased her on November 4, 2019. Mrs. Vivian was a beautiful woman who was loved by many. Ms Vivian will always be treasured and remembered by all the many groups of people that she served. She touched their lives with love and kindness as her service was given with great joy and always accompanied by her beautiful smile. Ms Vivian was very involved with school age children from her earliest adulthood and through the remainder of her life. She was of the Baptist faith and was a lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Lucedale where she was a member of the choir and served in many different capacities throughout her lifetime. She also served in many civic organizations in Lucedale including the Fine Arts Club. Vivian also worked in her families business for 6 decades including various secretarial duties and 35 years over the sales of Fryfogle Flooring. She will always be remembered by all her family as a much beloved wife, mother, grandmother (Nanny) and aunt. The ultimate joy of her life was simply "people"! She is and will be greatly missed by generations of those "people".

She is survived by two sons: Gordon (Tracey) Fryfogle of Lucedale, MS and Vaughn (Sarene) Fryfogle II of Lucedale, MS, 7 grandsons Trey (Britnye) Fryfogle, Matt (Brittanie) Fryfogle, Cory Fryfogle, Vaughn (Alison) Fryfogle III and Aaron (Tara) Nichols, Jared Randall, Jacob Randall; 4 granddaughters Brittany (Jacob) Green, Candace (Drew) Arnold and Sadie (Kip) Milton, Caitlin Randall; 20 great grandchildren Tyrese, Corbyn, Abram and Liam Fryfogle, Layton and Nolan Fryfogle, Aundrea and Aaliyah Fryfogle, Serenity Fryfogle, Adelaide and Waverly Melton, Zane Randall, Harris, Henry and Emma Green, Samson and Finley Fryfogle and Brody, Bristol and Brinx Nichols; 3 sisters-in-laws Pollie Fryfogle, Louise Fryfogle and Etta Mae Fryfogle; brother Eddie (Regina) Jones
Preceded in death by parents Hugh and Ruth Jones; grandson William Clayton "Bo" Fryfogle; sister Bessie Nell Wachsman, brothers-in-law Mendall Wachsman, Pal and Glen Fryfogle, sister-in-law Betty Vaughn Fillipich.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Paul Brashier officiating. Burial will be in Fryfogle Family Cemetery, Lucedale.
