Walter Benson "Sonny" Miller, Jr., age 79, formerly of Lucedale passed away Friday, March 22, 2024 at Prattville Health & Rehab  in Prattville , AL.  Mr. Miller was born December 2, 1944. He is the son of the late Walter Benson Miller Sr. and the late Orine (Meadows) Miller.

He is survived by sister, Carol Bonifay; 3 nieces; 4 great nieces and nephews; and many other relatives.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 1, 2024 at Refuge Methodist Church Cemetery, Refuge-Basin Road, Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Refuge Methodist Church Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.
