William Alfred Davis, Jr., age 75, of Lucedale died Monday, November 20, 2017 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mr. Davis was born February 25, 1942 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late William Alfred Davis Sr. and the late Mary M. (Yates) Downing. He married Linda E. Hyatt on July 15, 1960.

He was employed by Signal International as an Equipment Operator.

He is survived by his wife: Linda E. (Hyatt) Davis five sons: Kenneth (Melissa) Davis, Mithell (Ruth) Davis, Stevie Dale Davis, Randy (Stacey) Davis and Daniel "Mike" (Jackie) Davis,
23 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren

Predeceased by his grandchild, Will Davis, grandchild, John Davis, and Great grandchild, Liam Flint

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Movella Assembly of God, 1153 Hwy 613, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Alan Hinton officiating. Burial will be in Davis Cemetery, Lucedale.

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 25 from 6:00-9:00pm at Movella Assembly of God.
