William Parmer "Billy" Ballow, age 76, of Lucedale passed away on Friday, June 14, 2019 at home in Lucedale. Mr. Ballow was born July 11, 1942 in Mobile, AL. He is the son of the late William Anson and the late Nelda (Parmer) Ballow Jr. He married Jeannie Stringer.

Mr. Ballow loved the Lord, his wife of 55 years, his sons and daughter in law, his grandchildren, as well as all of his family and friends. He loved and had a passion for fast cars, all things Ford, motorcycles, especially his three beloved Honda Goldwing motorcycles that he traveled around the USA on. He loved his town, Lucedale, and loved being a member of First Baptist Church of Lucedale. Mr. Ballow also served in the United States Air Force. He has been employed by Ballow Motors in Lucedale, MS, Fred Jones Remanufacturing Ford Parts in Atlanta, GA, Capitol Ford Trucks in Atlanta, GA, Tredwell Ford in Mobile, AL, and was the owner of Billy's Auto Repair in Lucedale, MS from 1977 to 2007.

He is survived by his wife: Jeannie (Stringer) Ballow; two sons: Stacy Ballow of Falls Church, VA and Shane (Tiffany) Ballow of Belle Chasse, LA; sister: Karen Tucker of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; five grandchildren; William and Nora of Falls Church, VA; Anson, Josh and Ian of Belle Chasse, LA; nephew, Thad of Santa Rosa Beach, FL; brother-in-law, M.V. "Mickey" (Patsy) Stringer; sister-in-law, Linda Beasley.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Ballow Sr., parents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Ballow Jr., father & mother-in-law, O.V. & Jewel Stringer, brother-in-law, Realus Tucker, brother-in-law, Raymond "Dick" Howell, brother-in-law, Jimmy D. Beasley, and nephew, Derrel Tucker.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, June 17, 2019 at First Baptist Church Of Lucedale, 345 Summer Street, Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.
